Mrs Esimebia Amegashie had her secondary school education at Wesley Girls’ High School and proceeded to obtain Bsc Med Lab Technology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana in 2009. She did her one year post degree internship at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Kumasi-Ghana from 2009-2010.
She worked as Medical Laboratory Scientist at the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) for four and half years. While at KCCR, she became a fellow of the Advanced Program in Research and Epidemiological Training (APARET) in 2013 and obtained her MPhil degree in Clinical Microbiology in 2015.
She tutored part- time at the Osei Tuffour College and DHI College of Science and Education.
Esimebea joined the Aninwaa Medical Centre and doubles as the Head of the Emena Diagnostic Centre and Medical Embryologist/ administrator then joined the Fertility Centre in 2016
